- Advocating for students
Consultation: includes:
- Members of School-Based Teams
- Members of Crisis Response Team
- Liaising with teachers, administration, parents, programs and agencies
- Providing support and resources in regards to student management issues
Coordination: includes assistance in:
- transition and follow-up for students on the move
- monitoring and adjusting appropriate student placement (special needs)
