W. J. Mouat Secondary has an outstanding history in athletics including several Provincial Championships, numerous Fraser Valley Titles and, most importantly, a high participation rate by the student body.

At Mouat we offer a wide variety of extracurricular sports programs open to all students. The philosophy of the Athletics Department is to encourage every Mouat student to participate in as many different sports activities offered to enhance his/her education, fitness and general high school experience.
