•open to all parents/guardians of current Grade 12 students
• Night to Remember is the all-night Spring Grad Celebration hosted by Grad Parents for Grade 12s only
•parents who miss this first date are encouraged to attend future meetings
2. January 6 to Jan. 15 / 2010
•Grad Photos here at WJM from 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM on each of those week days
•individual appointments will be pre-booked and distributed before Winter Break
•any students who will not be available during any of those times should inform Ms. Merrick in the Counselling Center
3. February 2010
•Grad Cap and Gown Order---this formal attire is mandatory for all students taking part in the School Leaving Ceremony in May
4. Wednesday, May 26 / 2010 ***note that this is a CHANGE from the date printed in the Student Agenda***
•formal School Leaving Ceremony @ Sevenoaks Church (maximum of 4 guests per grad)
•6PM to 9PM appx.
5. Friday, May 28 / 2010
•Hawk Walk @ WJM (maximum of 2 guests per grad)
•Graduation Dinner/Dance (Prom) @ the Aston-Pacific Resort in White Rock
6. Grad Activity Costs
•costs have not been finalized yet, but a Grade 12 student fully participating in all of the activities listed above will need to budget approximately $150.00 (not including a guest).
7. Grad DVD
•the "Class of 2010: Memories" DVD is already in production---if you have digital images of current Grade 12 students/activities that you are willing to share, please tell Ms. Merrick; she will provide you with a CD or email address for transfer. Every effort is made to include as many Grade 12 students as possible in the DVD but cannot be guaranteed; the more activities you take part in, the more likely you are to have a starring role in the DVD!
